The customer's personal data, including the name, phone number, email, and actual address, will be collected to ensure successful and accurate registration and operation of the application.


- Terms of use: by downloading, browsing, accessing or using the Mobile Application; "Guest", Users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. If the User does not agree to any of these Terms and Conditions of Use, the User must immediately cease his access to the Mobile Application and his use of the Services offered on the Mobile Application. Continued use of the Mobile Application will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use, which may be modified from time to time. 2.1. definitions In these Terms and Conditions of Use, the following terms in capital letters shall have the following meanings, unless the context otherwise requires: “Mobile Application” or “Guest” refers to the smartphone software through which the Company mediates Services between Users and Service Providers. “Account” means an account created by a User or Service Provider on the Mobile Application as part of the Registration. “Service Providers” refers to the individuals or companies registered within the Company to provide services approved and brokered by the Company/mobile application that are requested/purchased by the “Users”. "Service Provider" means any one of them. “Users” means the users of the Mobile Application, including you and “User” means any one of them. “Users” also includes Service Providers who use the version of the Mobile Application intended for the use of Service Providers. “Privacy Policy” means the privacy policy set forth in Article 14 of these Terms and Conditions of Use. “Refund” means a refund of the Company’s products or services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Use and; “Refund” means the act of redeeming such products or services. “Registration” means the creation of an account on the Mobile Application and “Registration” means the act of creating such an account. “Services” means all of the services provided by the Service Providers via the Mobile Application and mediated by the Company to Users, and “Service” means any one of them. 2.2. What is the guest mobile app? The “Guest” mobile application consists of a specialized service for the purpose of scheduling / matching the service provider with the user, but without establishing any relationship between the employee and the service provider, which means that the mobile application should be considered as a service intermediary only with the purpose of scheduling / matching between the users and service providers for the latter to fulfill the service requested by the users. Through the system, the company allows users, completely free of charge, to register and request available services requested from service providers in a more efficient way than the current traditional methods. Service Providers can, through their means, register in the mobile application designated for Service Providers through the methods indicated by the Company, pending evaluation from the Company and the necessary documents upon registration in accordance with the guidelines set by the Transport General Authority (TGA) to provide services through the Mobile Application . The Service Provider will pay a profit margin fee set by the Company - by the Service Provider - for each completed service. 3. General problems with the mobile application and services 3.1 Applicability of the Terms and Conditions: Use of any Services and/or Mobile Application and making any refunds are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use. 3.2 The Website: The Mobile Application, Services and any refunds are intended solely for use by Users who access the Mobile Application where it operates and provides its services at the regional level. We make no representation that the Services (or any goods or services) are available or appropriate for use outside of the areas indicated by the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the User accesses the Mobile Application, uses the Services or makes any refunds from locations outside the areas indicated by the Service Provider, the User does so on his own initiative and is responsible for the consequences and compliance with all applicable laws. 3.3 Scope: The Mobile Application, Services and any refunds are for the personal, non-commercial use of Users only and should not be used for commercial purposes unless the Company has given formal written permission. 3.4 Prevention of Use: We reserve the right to prevent the User from using the Mobile Application and the Service (or any part thereof) and to prevent the User from making any refunds. 3.5 Equipment and Networks: The provision of the Mobile Application or Services does not include the provision of a mobile phone, handheld device or other equipment necessary to access the Mobile Application or the Services or make any refunds. To use the Mobile Application or Services or to make refunds, the User will require an Internet connection and appropriate communications links. The user acknowledges that the terms of the agreement with his mobile network provider will continue to apply when using the mobile application. As a result, the Mobile Service Provider may charge the User for access to the Network Connection Services for the duration of the Connection while accessing the Mobile Application or any third party charges that may arise. The user is responsible for any such fees that may arise. 3.6 Permission to use the mobile application: If the user is not the bill payer of the mobile phone or the mobile device used to access the mobile application, it will be assumed that the user has obtained permission from the bill payer to use the mobile application. 3.7 License to Use Material: By submitting any text or images (including photographs) via the Application, the User represents that they are the owner of the Material, or have the appropriate authorization from the owner of the Material to use, reproduce and distribute it. User hereby grants us a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use the Materials to promote any products or services.

4. Payback 

4.1 Need to register: (a) Users must register to make a refund from the mobile application. (b) The Service Provider agrees that through the registration it will be examined to be accepted by the Company that may refuse or cancel the Service Provider’s account at any time, whether by complaints or by the Provider’s failure to renew the licenses required to qualify it to provide the service issued by the Platform” Wasl” of the Public Transport Authority. 4.2 Application of these Terms and Conditions of Use: By making any refund, the User acknowledges that the redemption is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use. 4.3 Refund: Any redemption attempt that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Use may be refused or canceled at our discretion or at the discretion of the relevant Service Provider. 4.4 Responsibility for Refunding Perishable Service Products: Each Service Provider is responsible for ensuring that none of its Perishable Services has expired. 4.5 Restrictions: (a) Reproduction, sale, resale or circulation of any products, services or refundable products is prohibited. (b) If any product or service is refunded for less than its original value, you shall not be entitled to a credit, cash or sample equal to the difference between the face value and the amount refunded. (c) The refund of products or services is subject to the stock availability of the respective service providers. 4.6 The Company is not liable: For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the Users as a result of the failure of the relevant Service Provider to honor any refunds pursuant to clause 4.4 or the failure by us to provide any products or services to the Users due to the unavailability of such Products or the Services pursuant to Section 4.5(c). Users agree that the mobile application acts solely as a scheduling/matching service between Users and Service Providers, and that it is not responsible for any issues that arise, including but not limited to accidents, delays, vehicle inconvenience, and unavailability of products or services. 4.7 Lost/Stolen Services: Neither we nor any Service Provider shall be liable for lost or stolen samples or exchanged products. 5. Location alerts and notifications 5.1 User agrees to receive pre-programmed notifications (“Location Alerts”) on the Mobile Application from Service Providers if User operates location services on their mobile phone or other mobile devices (as the case may be). 6. Obligations of users 6.1 Service Provider Terms: Users agree to (and are bound by) the terms and conditions of the relevant Service Provider to which their Redemption relates, as may be amended from time to time. 6.2 Accurate Information: The User warrants that all information provided in the registration and included as part of his account is true, complete and accurate and that the User will promptly inform us of any changes to such information by updating the information in his account. 6.3 CONTENT ON THE MOBILE APPLICATION AND SERVICE: It is the user's responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through the mobile application or services meet their specific requirements before making any refund. 6.4 Prohibitions relating to the use of the Services or the Mobile Application: The User undertakes, without limitation, not to use or allow any other person to use the Services or the Mobile Application:- 6.4.1 To send or receive any material that is not civil or tasteful 6.4.2 to send or receive any material which is threatening, obscene, indecent, obscene, threatening, blasphemous, defamatory to any person, contempt of court, or in breach of trust, copyright, rights of personality, publicity, privacy or any other other rights of a third party; 6.4.3 to send or receive any materials for which the User has not obtained all necessary licenses and/or consents (from us or third parties); or that constitutes or encourages conduct that would be a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise contravene the law or violate the rights of any third party in any country in the world; 6.4.4 to send or receive any technically harmful material (including computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malware or harmful data); 6.4.5 to cause undue inconvenience, inconvenience or concern; 6.4.6 to intercept or attempt to intercept any communications sent by a communications system; 6.4.7 for a purpose other than that we designed or intended to use it; 6.4.8 for any fraudulent purpose; 6.4.9 Other than in accordance with Acceptable Internet Practices and the practices of any Connected Networks; 6.4.10 in any way calculated to incite hatred against any racial, religious or other minority or otherwise calculated to adversely affect any individual, group or entity; or 6.4.11 in such a way or committing any act that would or result in the imposition of an unreasonable or disproportionately large burden on our infrastructure. 6.5 Prohibitions relating to the use of the Services and Mobile Applications: Without limitation, the User also undertakes not to or allow any other person to:- 6.5.1 Resell any products or services; 6.5.2 providing false statements including false names, addresses and contact details and fraudulent use of credit/debit card numbers; 6.5.3 attempt to circumvent our or network security including by accessing data that is not intended for a user or logging into a server or user account that is not expressly authorized to access or investigate the security of other networks (such as running a port scan); 6.5.4 carry out any form of network monitoring which will intercept data not intended for the user; 

6.5.5 engage in fraudulent interactions or transactions with us or a service provider (including an alleged interaction or dealing on behalf of a third party where the user has no authority to bind such third party or the user pretends to be a third party th); 6.5.6 extract data from or hack a mobile application; 6.5.7 use the Services or the Mobile Application in violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use; 6.5.8 engage in any illegal activity in connection with the use of the mobile application or the Services; or 6.5.9 engage in any conduct that, in our exclusive reasonable opinion, would restrict or prevent any other customer from properly using or enjoying the Mobile Applications or Services. 7. Rules about the use of the Service and the mobile application 7.1 We will use reasonable efforts to correct any errors or omissions as soon as reasonably practicable after notifying us. However, we do not guarantee that the Services or the Mobile Application will be error-free, and we are not responsible for any such errors, defects or omissions. 7.2 We do not warrant that Users' use of the Services or the Mobile Application will not be interrupted nor do we warrant that any information (or messages) transmitted through the Services or the Mobile Application will be transmitted accurately, reliably and in a timely manner. Although we will attempt to allow uninterrupted access to the Services and the Mobile Application, access to the Services and the Mobile Application may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time. 7.3 We make no warranty that the Services and Mobile Applications are free of viruses or anything else that may have a detrimental effect on any technology. 7.4 We reserve the right to change, modify, replace, suspend or remove, without notice, any information or services on the Mobile Application from time to time. Users' access to the Mobile Application and/or Services may also be restricted at times to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will try to restore this entry as soon as possible. For the avoidance of doubt, we reserve the right to withdraw any information or services from the mobile application at any time. 7.5 We reserve the right to deny access to and/or edit or remove any material which, in our reasonable opinion, may result in a violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use. 7.6 The Service request may initially be accepted and rejected by the Service Provider, who may accept or decline the Service upon receiving notice of the request. The user may cancel the contract for any reason that may or may not apply cancellation fees for which the terms and amount are determined and communicated by the company. The parties understand that the "Guest" application is not responsible for any delay, cancellation or failure to cancel the contract and miscommunication between the user and the service provider, nor for any delay or failure in the provision of services from the service provider. 8. Pause and Termination 8.1 If the User (or others, using the User's permission) is using the Mobile Application, or any Services that conflict with these Terms and Conditions of Use, we may suspend their use of the Services and/or the Mobile Application. 8.2 If we suspend the Services or the Mobile Application, we may refuse to restore the Services or the Mobile Application for the use of the User until we receive confirmation from him, as we deem acceptable, that there will be no further breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use. 8.3 The Company will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requiring or directing the Company to disclose the identity or locate any person in violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use. 8.4 Without limiting anything else in this clause 8, we may immediately or at any time (in whole or in part): (a) suspend the Services and/or the Mobile Application; (b) suspend Users' use of the Services and/or the Mobile Application; and/or (c) suspend use of the Services and/or the Mobile Application for persons we believe are (in any way) related to the relevant User, if: 8.4.1 The User has committed any breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use 8.4.2 We suspect, on reasonable grounds, that the User has, will or will commit a breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use 8.4.3 or we suspect, on reasonable grounds, that the user has or may or will commit any fraud against us or any person. 8.5 Our rights under this Clause 8 are without prejudice to any other right or remedy we may have in connection with any breach or any rights, obligations or liabilities accrued prior to termination. 9. DISCLAIMER AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY 9.1 The mobile application, the services and information on the mobile application and the use of all related facilities are provided on an “as is, as available” basis without any warranties either express or implied. 9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all representations and warranties relating to the Mobile Application and its contents, including with respect to any inaccuracies or omissions in the Mobile Application, merchantability, quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-compliance. infringement or implied warranties from the course of transactions or commercial use. 9.3 We do not warrant that the Mobile Application will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, free from computer virus or other invasive or harmful code or that the Mobile Application will not be affected by any natural acts or other events of force Cairo, including inability to obtain or shortage of necessary materials, equipment, power or telecommunications facilities, shortage of telecommunications equipment or facilities, and malfunction of information technology or telecommunications equipment or facilities. 9.4 While we may make reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Mobile Application, we make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy, timeliness or completeness. 

9.5 We will not be liable for any acts or omissions of any third party whatsoever, and for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, however caused, arising out of or in connection with the Mobile Application and the Services provided in the Mobile Application , or users accessing or using use of or inability to use the Mobile Application or the Services offered in the Mobile Application, or reliance on or downloading from the Mobile Application and/or Services, or any delays or inaccuracies of information or its transmission including, without limitation limitation, damages for loss of business, profits, use, data or other intangibles, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 9.6 We will not be liable under contract, tort (including negligence or breach of legal obligation) or otherwise for whatever cause and in whatever manner, for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss or damage suffered or incurred by the User in connection with the Mobile Application mobile and these terms and conditions of use. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions of Use, indirect or consequential loss or damage includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, profits, savings, anticipated business, loss of data, goodwill, loss of use or value of any equipment including software, third party claims , and all associated costs and expenses. 9.7 The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of the user's legal rights as a consumer which cannot be excluded or restricted are affected. 9.8 Notwithstanding our efforts to ensure the security of our system, User acknowledges that all electronic data transmissions are potentially subject to interception by others. We cannot, and do not guarantee, that data transmissions in accordance with the mobile application, or email sent to and from us, will not be monitored or read by others. 10. Compensation User agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, suit, action, or suit brought or threatened against us that arises from or arises from (a) User's use of the Services, and (b) any other party's use of the Services using a User ID and/or Identification Number personal and/or any identification number assigned by the Company, and/or (c) the user's breach of any of these Terms and Conditions of Use, payment of damages, costs and benefits to us in connection with such claim, action, suit or case. 11. Intellectual property rights 11.1 All editorial content, information, images, illustrations, artwork, other graphic materials, names, logos and trademarks on the mobile application are protected by copyright laws and/or other laws and/or international treaties, and belong to us and/or our suppliers, as applicable. These works, logos, graphics, sounds or images may not be copied, reproduced, retransmitted, distributed, published, sold, broadcast or traded in whole or in part, unless expressly permitted by us and/or our suppliers, as required. 11.2 Nothing contained in the Mobile Application shall be construed as granting by implication, compelling argument or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Mobile Application without our written permission. Misuse of any trademarks or other content displayed on the mobile application is prohibited. 11.3 We will not hesitate to take legal action against any unauthorized use of our trademarks, name or symbols to preserve and protect our rights in this regard. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Other product and company names mentioned herein may also be the trademarks of their respective owners. 12. Adjustments 12.1 We may make periodic changes to the contents of the Mobile Application, including descriptions and prices of advertised goods and services, at any time and without notice. We accept no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the mobile application. 12.2 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Use from time to time without notice. The revised Terms and Conditions of Use will be posted on the mobile application and become effective from the date of such publication. The user is advised to review these terms and conditions periodically as they are binding on the user. 13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION 13.1 These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. 13.2 The mobile application can be accessed from all countries around the world where local technology allows. As each of these places has different laws, when accessing the Mobile Application, we and the User agree that the laws of the country from which they are accessed, regardless of conflict of laws principles, shall apply to all matters relating to the use of the Mobile Application. 13.3 The User accepts and agrees that we and the User shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country from which it is entered in relation to any dispute arising out of and/or in connection with these Terms and Conditions of Use.
